Refund policy

At Glowsans, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will replace it free of charge.
